Beckfoot Trust is an organisation that links a group of local Bradford schools together so that they can collectively improve the life chances for young people within their schools. Our aim is to create a group of truly remarkable schools each with a genuine comprehensive intake. They will be wonderful places for young people to learn and grow up in. We want to make a difference. We want to create something special.

Parent Meetings

Parent Meetings at Beckfoot Phoenix:
Every year, parents are asked to attend their child's annual Review meeting to discuss your child's Education, Health and Care Plan.  This is an important meeting that reviews your child's placement and plans your child's learning over the next year.
Twice a year, we hold parent afternoons when you are invited into school to meet with your child's class teacher to find out about progress.
Other meetings are arranged as required:
  • Support meetings - families and school meeting together to discuss plans to support improvements in behaviour, attendance, sleep etc.
  • Early help meetings - to consider external support for families.
  • Clinics - held by health professionals at school, eg. paediatrician, dietician, speech therapist.
